The as-planned v as-built progress graphs show how blocks of activities can be filtered out and chosen from a tick down menu.

In the instance of this demonstration, the Block work at L11 has been compared to other floors and groups of floors.

The L11 Blockwork was chosen, as the activity was in over 350 days critical delay. The reason for this was a variation to provide 8 number apartments divided by blockwork walls.

 

L11 was a two-story high level and the L11 slab had not been designed to take the load of a two-story blockwork wall. This caused critical delay.

Higher floors for Blockwork were not in delay (or later, in as much delay). So, the cause of delay was the structural support required for the two-story blockwork required to provide additional support for the L11 slab.
