Prior to specialising in the disputes part of the industry, Jeremy worked for contractors and consulting engineers both in the UK and overseas providing method statements, temporary works design, permanent engineering design, contract administration and project controls for time and cost.
Jeremy has extensive expertise writing claims, performing contract reviews, contract administration, quantum, programming and performing retrospective delay analysis using the latest propriety programming software packages for the development of “as-built”, ‘but-for’, time impact, windows and snapshot programmes for the use in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in the preparation and analysis and negotiation of contractual claims.
Jeremy has been instructed as an Expert and provided Expert Reports for both Delay and Quantum and has also been cross examined orally by Counsel in Arbitration in DIFC LCIA

I have personally known Daniel since October 2006. We met when Hill International was in the throes of buying Knowles Middle East. Daniel was then a Senior Consultant for Knowles Middle East and we have known one another ever since.
Daniel has held senior positions with claims consultancies in the past 20 years including that of regional manager for a very large concern.
Daniel specialises in: Claims preparation and defence, contractual advice, arbitration support, dispute management, claims analysis, quantum and counter-claims. He is a respected chartered quantity surveyor and is well known in the middle east for chairing professionals groups region.

I have personally known Ian since we met working on the two Tuen Mun Station Contracts for the Contractor (AMEC) when I was preparing claims and Ian was in charge of Engineering on the KCRC West Kowloon Line for AMEC back in 2003/2004.
Ian has worked on claims for over 20 years and has been involved as a Consultant engineering advisor and claim writer, completing claims feasibility reports and risk assessments, conducting claims research and preparation of numerous claims and contractual investigations on behalf of Main Contractors in Hong Kong and in the Middle East. He also has provided Claims presentations to Contractors’ and Employers’ boards, senior management and commercial teams.
Ian has also been a key member of an arbitration team, advising on all civil engineering and design issues impacting on Acciona Infraestructuras vs. Highways department, Government of the Hong Kong SAR, Route 8 Viaduct, Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong. Ian was also briefed to present evidence as a witness of fact (however, the dispute was settled shortly before arbitration hearings were to commence).
